EXPLORING COLUMBIA’S CHIRIBIQUETE NATIONAL PARK – MICHEAL DZIWOSKI
Colombia’s Chiribiquete National Park is one of the most inaccessible places on Earth. Explorer and photographer Micheal Dziwoski aims to make the first paddled descent of the upper Rio Cunare river, into the midst of one of the country’s most remote regions. The Route (marked in yellow on the map below) will lead Micheal and his team through dense rainforest, through one of the largest archaeological concentration of prehistoric rock paintings, a draw in itself for an exploratory photographer.
