DYNAFIT WAKE-UP RUN
Dynafit is organizing the 17km Dynafit Wake-Up Run during the OutDoor trade show in Friedrichshafen for athletes, industry friends and dealers. Now we raffle away 3 tickets for our fans on Facebook. The fastest man and woman of the Dynafit Wake-Up Run will win a trip and entry to the extreme TransRockies Run in August 2015.

In the period from the 19th of June until 23rd of June (6pm) we raffle the 3 starting tickets under all Facebook fans who comment this post on Facebook with their personal trailrunning picture! What you can win in this raffle:
Every of the three winners will get the following package: 1 entry ticket for the Dynafit Wake Up Run (Start is 16.07.2015 at 8am) 1 entry ticket for the OutDoor trade fair in Friedrichshafen for the day of the event 1 Dynafit T-Shirt 1 Dynafit Headband
We give our best to supply the winners with the right size of the products but cannot guarantee to have the products in all sizes. The minimum age for participation in the contest is 18 years. Staff of the Oberalp Group is excluded from this contest. Italian citizens are excluded from this contest as the legal requirements in Italy do not allow this kind of contest.
The draw of the winning pictures will be on the 25th of June 2015. The winners and the pictures will be announced on our Facebook wall https://www.facebook.com/dynafit. The participants, whose pictures won, will be asked to send us their name, address and size to team.dynafit@dynafit.de so that we are able to send the tickets and products to the winners. If the winners do not contact us until the 30th of June 2015 under the email address above, the right on the prize expires.
A cash payment is not possible, there is no right of appeal. When you submit pictures to our contest, you agree with the reuse of the pictures for promotional purposes, especially but not exclusively for the usage on Facebook, our website and our Instagram pages. Accordingly you grant us all the required rights, especially the right to publish and edit your pictures, as well as the right to make the pictures publicly available for a third party and extend the given rights to others (e.g. Instagram).
The submitted pictures must not violate the rights of a third party, protected brand, sign, title or other protected names, copyrights, personal rights or any other related rights. Submissions that violate the rights of a third party will be excluded from the raffle right after the violation of rights becomes known. In addition, Dynafit reserves itself the right to delete illegal content and depending on the circumstances report the criminal relevant actions of the user to the prosecuting authority and seize all other legal steps necessary to end the violation of rights, prevent future violation of rights and avert damage from DYNAFIT.
